- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Max Procter Law firm has the most rude unprofessional receptionist/assistant her name Is Margaret that when you call to inform her of new information her lazy ass will refuse to help and hangs up the phone on us the clients that are paying thousands of dollars for their services. She should be working at Allsup's with that attitude and customer service skills.. Its sad that your family memeber paid top dollar to hire a firm to fight for her rights and unfortunately due to the language barrier she doesn't get the service she deserves and specially when the assistant is rude, heartless and unprofessional that doenst want to do her job and never gets messages across to the Attorney. Then your case gets sabotaged because she never relays the information and bilittles you on the phone. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is little to no knowledge as to what's even going on in my case and nothing is worth dealing with her nasty, unprofessional staff. The communication is awful and when I tried to find ANYTHING out after months of waiting for the call they kept saying I would receive "the next day", I got excuses as to why they didnt have to call me and then her staff hung up on me in a really disrespectful way. I called back to let her know that was not okay and that I would be talking to Mrs. Castillo about what just happened and she says "uh huh" and hangs up on me again! The disrespect here is incredible for how expensive she is. Keep in mind I was not being nasty to this lady I was just asking questions about my case. UPDATE: About half a year later and I'm still stuck exactly where I am. I go in frequently so I'm not hung up on and hear "I don't have anything here" as if they have never even heard of my case and then a "I will get with her and call you tomorrow". ...and I wait... and wait... for a call that never comes... until I go in again... and it happens all over again. It's a vicious cycle that never goes anywhere and never once have I heard from her. Also, I paid them in full because they said they would not release my papers to me until I did and after I paid they told me they didnt even have them. Waited months before finally going in and asking if anythinh happened and was told "oh we have your paper, here". I needed those papers to get my name back. Giving it more time and then going to the BBB and finding a new lawyer. Don't know what to do now except regret my choice in lawyer.By Amanda Klotzbach, September 12, 2017
