  There is little to no knowledge as to what's even going on in my case and nothing is worth dealing with her nasty, unprofessional staff. The communication is awful and when I tried to find ANYTHING out after months of waiting for the call they kept saying I would receive "the next day", I got excuses as to why they didnt have to call me and then her staff hung up on me in a really disrespectful way. I called back to let her know that was not okay and that I would be talking to Mrs. Castillo about what just happened and she says "uh huh" and hangs up on me again! The disrespect here is incredible for how expensive she is. Keep in mind I was not being nasty to this lady I was just asking questions about my case. UPDATE: About half a year later and I'm still stuck exactly where I am. I go in frequently so I'm not hung up on and hear "I don't have anything here" as if they have never even heard of my case and then a "I will get with her and call you tomorrow". ...and I wait... and wait... for a call that never comes... until I go in again... and it happens all over again. It's a vicious cycle that never goes anywhere and never once have I heard from her. Also, I paid them in full because they said they would not release my papers to me until I did and after I paid they told me they didnt even have them. Waited months before finally going in and asking if anythinh happened and was told "oh we have your paper, here". I needed those papers to get my name back. Giving it more time and then going to the BBB and finding a new lawyer. Don't know what to do now except regret my choice in lawyer.

  Personally, Laura kicked my ass in court & I beat myself for not going to her first. Amanda Klotzbach who's last name was Ketchersid hired Laura bc my attorney had to file a Cease & Desist case against my ex to stop her from bashing me on social media. How sad now she's doing the same to Ms. Castillo. Maybe Ms castillo's bad judgement was taking Amanda's side. Amanda got me fired from my job with her lies & I had to leave town. We've been divorce so it's funny that she keeps bugging Ms castillo. Look up our case it's all public. You'll find my motion to stop her from social media.

  Not professional at all, staff and mrs. castillo never communicate. Horrible experience with them. Never presented my case correctly and how could they when she doesn't meet with you but once before the case expecting to have knowledge of all the documents and evidence, it's all bs from the start with this staff. Don't waste your time or money on her. She's corrupt just like the rest of her colleagues they work for each other and the system not for you. Hobbs attorneys suck if you can get someone not from this corrupt circle. Most lazy, unprofessional, lying b**** I've ever had to deal with.
